Dates: Saturdays – January 17, 24, 31 & February 7, 14, 21
Time: 10:30 am-11:45 am
Location: Elkwater, Cypress Hills Interprovincial park (other locations such as Kin Coulee Park, Medicine Hat may be used if snow is sufficient)
Program Fee: $120 + Cypress Nordic membership
Small class sizes: Minimum 4/ Maximum 10 participants
**If a session is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be provided
Program Description
- Learn-to-ski or improve your skill in classic ski techniques
- Focus on the basic building blocks of ski techniques
- A welcoming environment where recreational skiers can connect, train and enjoy fitness together
Equipment & Clothing
- Classic skis, poles and boots
- Grip and glide wax for all conditions
- Backpack that can carry water, weather appropriate training clothes
*Coaches will assist in sizing and selection of equipment at early season ski sales.
